Aurovue EV Toric
Aurovue EV aspheric Toric IOL is manufactured from highly bio-compatible hydrophobic acrylic polymer is different from other lens materials, because it has optimum tackiness, which helps bind the IOL to the capsule for better rotational stability.

Designed for accuracy:

- Wide range of toric models to correct astigmatism from 1D to 4D in the corneal plane
- Negative spherical aberrated optic (-0.15 µm) to provide good contrast sensitivity in low light conditions.
- Truedge Technology: 360 degree square edge posterior reduces chances of PCO
- Markings ensure precise alignment, even with smaller pupil sizes
- Force-enduring haptics with modified C-loop design; holds lens in place within capsular bag of the eye
- Glistening free optic and controls color dispension to effectively reduce chromatic aberration
- Ergonomically designed preloaded injector system for smooth delivery of IOL
- Force enduring haptic design for exceptional rotational stability and adaptability to different size of capsular bag
Truedge : developed for successful long-term outcomes:
- 360 degree square edge on the posterior side exerts extra pressure on the posterior capsule compared to rounded edge and creates a capsular bend that prevents cell migration behind the optic
- Projected posterior edge at the optic-haptic junction and a 3 degree vault of the haptic ensures 360 degree capsular contact and prevents epithelial cell migration through the optic-haptic junction

Rotational stability for uncompromised surgical outcomes
Toric IOLs must maintain rotational stability, since every 1 degree rotation results in a loss of 3.3% of IOL cylinder power. The following features of Aurovue EV Toric IOL ensures long-term astigmatism correction:
- Optimised tackiness in Aurovue hydrophobic material helps binding the IOL with the capsule ensures better rotational stability.
- Force-enduring haptics offers better IOL centration.
